I'm a big fan of the Jeep Cherokee.  You can pick the older ones up for dirt cheap, they're easy to fix, parts are readily available, and there is  just tons of aftermarket stuff out there to stick on em, from cool roof racks to way high suspension lifts.  One of my projects is to drop  a Mercedes diesel into a jeep cherokee chassis, and as that project progresses, I'll put pictures and info on that right here.  I have a soft spot in my heart for BioDiesel and Veggie fuel as well, and as I get the time to experiment with both of those topics, they may also show up here.

Sigh... when times are good I don't have time for fun projects and when things slow down I don't have the money!  That's the way it goes I suppose.  I found all the suppliers and a process for an installation of a 300D diesel into a cherokee chassis, but now I'm thinking I may hold out for a Cummins 4BT.  We'll see how the year goes!
